Returns & Exchanges:
- We're happy to accept returns and exchanges for purchases from www.bonjourfido.com withi
n 14 days from the date you receive your order
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as first received (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) along with a copy of the receipt
- If for any reason your item arrives in an unacceptable condition we must be notified within 48hrs upon receipt at order@
bonjourfido.com otherwise a return or exchange of the item may not be accepted
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (where applicable)
Final Sale / Made to Order / Custom Order items cannot be returned or exchanged
- To return an item, send us an email to email@example.com with your order# and we will give you detailed instructions on how to mail back your item to us. Please do not mail back any items without notifying us first.
- Once your return is received and approved you will be notified. Upon approval, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping and handling fees (where applicable), will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account
- To exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order# and the item/size you would like to exchange it for. We will also give you detailed instructions on how to mail back the item you'd like to return to us. Please do not mail back any items without notifying us first.
